In the event that a BlueSky Organics product does not meet your expectations, we will issue a partial refund for unused, unopened, untampered product. You must present a proof of purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges on used products. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Returns and Exchanges

Step 1: Send us an email
You can return or exchange purchases by first sending an email to info@blueskyorganics.com. Please include your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Once your return or exchange is approved, you can ship your product.

Step 2: Ship your product
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. BlueSky Organics is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Wholesale Customers

BlueSky Organics will pay the freight on orders to major city centres that meet the following sales order minimums. All orders ship from our Vernon location. Minimum order amounts are before taxes and fees, and do not include out of stock items.

Minimum Orders for Prepaid Freight

Okanagan: $300
BC Lower Mainland: $400
Vancouver Island: $800
Sunshine Coast: $900
Kootenays: $1000
Northern BC: $1300
Alberta: $600
Saskatchewan: $800

Orders Below Minimums and Remote Locations

If your areas is not listed or if you are located in a remote area, please contact our office or sales rep for a freight quote. For orders below the prepaid minimum or outside major city centres, BlueSky Organics can arrange freight and apply the charges to your invoice.
